Silverback Submissions also known as Jiu Jitsu Brotherhood Southampton is the city of Southampton’s only full time Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy and houses some of the most experienced coaches and students in the area. Our academy is run from a 4000sq ft property which includes Full sized MMA training cage, Olympic level tatami style floor mats, Fully equipped Crossfit Box, Changing rooms, Toilets and Chill out room. We offer classes 7 days per week with both day time and evening classes available. Private sessions are also available upon request.
Classes are taught by experienced, fully qualified, insured, CRB and First aid trained professionals and work to a structured program at all times. We pride ourselves on results. We get these results by following a recipe that has been proven to work. Join us and see for your self.
Classes are tailored to suit everyone, from complete beginners to seasoned professionals. We offer beginner only classes, woman only classes, competition training sessions and much much more.
