SMART (Shotokan Martial Arts Recreational Training)
SMART is ran by two senior black belts who each have many years experience in teaching martial arts between them, plus many more years in coaching in other sports.
Both of the instructors are also experienced a variety of weapons such as Bo Staff, Jo Staff, Nunchucks, Sai's, Bokken, Escrima's and Tonfa's.
Anyone can join in, its not expensive, as little as £3 a session. Anyone who is (5 and a half)+ can join in.
