A great friendly atmospher and the instructor is very knowlagable and informative. The techneques he demonstrates are very effective and looked like they would work in the real world not the movies.
Informative and fun. Fast and furious work out to start followed by what can only be described as devastating techniques. My daughter and I are loving it so far.
