The small class size means that the quality of teaching is excellent. The Southampton University Dojo strikes the perfect balance between traditional martial arts practice and an energetic, dynamic sports club. That's not to say however, this club has nothing to offer for more advanced practitioners of Shorinji Kenpo- classes will be a challenge, and offer great opportunities to benefit from training regardless of skill level. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to take up a sport and meet incredible people, all for a very affordable fee!
