We run one to one lessons, group classes and beginners courses to suit the individual student needs. There are different types of courses & self defence programs (No fuss or ego's its for people who want to learn and have fun).
Our classes include basic self defense, street awareness, confidence/self belief, fitness/weight control, sparring, close combat, locks & holds, throws, weapons defence, plus many others.
All classes are taken by qualified (Male & Female) black belt instructors.
