Southern Judokan
We are a local judo club with much experience in teaching judo to children and adults alike. We are affiliated to the BJA our sport's national Governing Body.
Our head coach, Michael Pring, has a long history of studying and teaching judo. He is competitive BJA 3 dan in judo and also a brown belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu.
We do judo for both recreation and competition without loosing sight of the need to ensure each class has to have intrinsic worth, ie that the students enjoy and improve with every lesson. We are proud of our club: respect for oneself and for others, judo for fun and friendship.
