Really fun environment, everything is taught at a relaxed pace and in a really enjoyable way.
Brilliant for children and adults.
Every class is good fun, it's not intimidating and you really feel you are progressing every week. You understand how to apply the traditional technique to a real life situation and it's a great work out too!
Definitely recommend.
