We have been running our club for over 25 years and we are affiliated to the English Shotokan Karate
Association which has been running since 1979 under SENSEI Micheal NURSEY 9th Dan.
We take adults and children from the age of 5.5-6 plus dependant on there concentration .
We are a very family orientated club which is pay as you train to work alongside children's family and party
Commitments . We also train on a Tuesday In Samuel Ryder school .
Lesson costs - times
£4 per child per lesson adults who can train with their children £5 a lesson with a licence fee of £20 per year for children and £25 per year for adults .
Saturday training is 130-230 pm at high field centre russet drive St Albans and at Samuel Ryder
School Tuesday nights 730-830.
