I've been a student ( of Staines Jujitsu Club) for lots of years and love it!
We have excellent senior instructors with vast experience gained over many years.
This club is not run for profit, it's not a grading factory.
New students are always welcome and really this is a great opportunity for anyone to learn martial arts in a friendly informal environment.

I was first introduced to staines martial arts academy by sensei Tom, whom I met socially and was nice enough to invite me to a class. To be honest I was pretty nervous as I've never been particularly fit and am quite self conscious, but I had been looking for a way of getting in shape that didn't tie me to a gym so I popped down. If you have never experienced training like this I fully reccomend it. The teachers are really passionate about martial arts and seem to effortlessly cater for all skill levels within one class. I felt included and encouraged. I think my biggest worry was turning up, being completely useless and just getting in everyone's way, so I'm very greatful for the level of attention and genuine interest in me being there.
This dojo is full of great friendly instructors and some great friendly people. First two sessions are free which is great and for the price you pay you get some really experienced instruction in a range of styles for example judo jujitsu Aikido and several more. Knife defence stick work and much more. But for me the best bit is going to train with people i can say are now my friends and such great atmosphere. Thank you everyone.
