Kiyoshi Palmer, 8th Dan, is the principal instructor of this most traditional of Shotokan schools.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and, additional weekend courses take place at various times throughout the year.
The Dojo is welcoming and friendly whilst maintaining a traditional discipline.
Would highly recommend.
