The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Stockton Taekwondo:
Stockton Taekwondo meets every Friday night from 6pm until 8:30pm and is split into two different sessions.
Session 1 - Juniors - aimed at children from the ages 6 plus. Our junior class aims to teach children the basics of the sport along with general stretching, fitness and light stamina. The junior class costs £2.50 per child and starts at 6pm until 7pm.
Session 2 – Seniors - The second class is for adults (or juniors who have graded and are capable). Much like the junior class, this class focus’s on the techniques of the sport along with stretching, sparring, self defence, breaking techniques and stamina. The senior class costs £3.00 per student and starts at 7pm until 8:30pm.
