Have been attending for over 4 years and have learnt a lot in that time as well as making some good friends.
A great place to learn in a relaxed atmosphere, everyone welcome.
You do not need to be super fit to try Wing Chun - we aren't jumping/running around. The classes focus on building skills and techniques, not fitness work.
Highly recommended.
