I have been training at SJA for the past 14 months . This is an excellent place to train. Mick is an excellent instructor. With a world of martial arts knowledge. . All the instructors take time to work with you and make sure you get to understand the techniques. I have learnt so much in 14 months. But like anybody else thinking of joining. All I can say is. I thought about joining and sat on the idea for a while. Biggest mistake was not joining sooner. I can't recommend SJA enough.

A great place to learn a mixture of old and new martial arts. Great bunch of students and a very experienced instructor in Sensei Mick Jones. No bullshit, no fancy tactics, just good training and techniques that might just save your life in a confrontational situation.

A very good, talented and modest instructor, in these years I've spent in the SJA club I have reach the best of me it helped me to bring my confidence higher my body into better shape and techniques that helps me defend myself in difficult situations. Really good friends who is there for each other. Really truly love and respect my instructor for everything he teach me, he's way of teaching it can be understood by anyone, only saying this because I've been the one who came from another country and my English wasn't that good and he make it really easy for me and explain the way I can understand. A really good Sensei with very good skills, a real martial artist who love and keeps his arts in his blood . ✊🙏🙏

I'v been going for about a year now i'm and it’s amazing learning so much while having a good experience and good exercise just for a few hours a week and really cheap for what you get to such detail from loads of different martial arts

Good instruction and good atmosphere to train in. Known their instructor a numbers of years. Always learning something new, as it should be in martial arts training.

Very professional teachers. If you want to start your adventure with the science of self-defense, then this is the best place people who exercise there have a lot of experience that you can use and which they willingly share. I am very happy that I came to this club.
