Stroud Karate club is instructed by Sensei Stuart Gardiner, 6th Dan, ex team England. The style is Wado Ryu Sport karate. The Club is a part of the EWSKA (English Wado Ryu Sport Karate Association) and Murrain Sports managed by Sensei Clayton Murrain (8th Dan).

The club is attitude free and family orientated.

The training consists of exercise, stretching, self defense, sparring, kata, khion, bag / pad and line work.

You will develop over time and work your way up the grading system. You may also work towards England squad selection.
