Swanage Martial Arts & Self Defence
We offer fun, friendly, and safe martial arts, self-defence and fitness in the centre of Swanage on the high street in Dorset which are suitable for children, teenagers, and adults with any level of experience (younger children will need a parent or carer present). Our classes cover a wide range of techniques from various martial arts and Self Defence systems including traditional Karate, Muay Thai kick boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) weapons and knife defence, Kali Escrima, Arnis, Filipino Martial Arts, Jeet Kune Do (JKD) and more plus practical self-defence.

Programs & Class Schedule
We are a Martial Arts & Self Defence club for all ages (4+), abilities and genders, based in the heart of Swanage within the Isle of Purbeck in Dorset.
Students who train with us can improve such things as their self-confidence, self-defence, concentration, self-discipline, fitness, strength, flexibility and health. We can also help you to lose or maintain your ideal weight, all while meeting like-minded friendly people and having fun!
Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities (4 years+) but children need to be mature enough to either train unaided or with the help of a participating parent/carer as this is also a family friendly class. If younger children prefer to leave early this is also not a problem as we will have a short break after 1/2 an hour at which time they are welcome to go home if they are feeling tired or struggling to concentrate (NB 1/2 an hour may be all young children can cope with in the first few weeks).
