Let me start by saying that i have been to many martial art schools but none compare to the Syco system. They offer bare knuckle tuition and fighting based on real life scenarios. They have top athlete's training alongside head coaches. Would defo recommend for any beginners or existing members. A great place to learn and get fit.
Been here after i was attacked last year. SYCO hava manged to build my confidence and strength. Love every part of this training. A real must for people wanting to get fit and build confidence.
