TEI Karate has been run under the leadership of Sensei Ross Frame 7th Dan in Blantyre for over 30 years. Sensei Frame, Former Great Britain team member and Scottish Kumite and Kata champion practices his unique brand of Karate taking elements of may martial art and combining them into an effective style.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at TEI (Submission) Karate:
Classes run on a Monday and Wednesday:
7.00 PM till 8.30 pm Juniors Based mainly on Karate.
8.30pm till 10.00pm Adults where the emphasis changes to a mixed Martial arts theme.
