TISKA Sunninghill Shotokan Karate Club
The TISKA Sunninghill Shotokan Karate club is run by resident 4th dan Instructor Mr A. Sebley. The Sunninghill club offers several lessons on Monday evenings to cater for all grades.
Shotokan Karate is an excellent form of self defence and a great way of keeping fit and improving confidence.
As well as offering onsite lessons for all students and grades whilst in tier 2, we are also able to continue onsite lessons for under 18s in tier 3.
For students who are unable to attend onsite, we also have live virtual lessons twice per week.

Live online classes are also held twice a week. If you are unable to attend in person due to Covid restrictions, you can join us online.
In addition to the above classes, Gradings are held regularly throughout the year, where students take an exam to achieve their next grade. For many young students this promotes self-confidence and a sense of achievement and motivation.
Additionally, students participate in courses run by our Chief Instructor Sensei Sahota and take part in an annual TISKA National Competition, giving students the opportunity to demonstrate the skills they have learnt and developed through their training.
NEW beginners classes are scheduled throughout the year and we take children from the age of 4 and over. We offer 3 FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASSES and both children and adults are welcome.
Please contact us or visit the website for details on new beginners classes.
