Come try our friendly women's taekwondo class run by a female instructor, aimed at getting women of all ages and abilities into taekwondo – beginners very welcome!

Taekwondo means 'the art of hand and foot' and is known for its strong kicks; it offers fitness, strength, flexibility and balance – not to mention the fun of training alongside like-minded people.

Instructor Tamsin Davis is a 3rd Dan black belt and a certified taekwondo instructor with the British Taekwondo Council.
