TaeKwonDo Academy
The TaeKwonDo Academy offers martial arts & self defense training for ALL.
The chief instructor has 23 years of TaeKwonDo experience and currently working towards his 5th DAN Masters Black Belt. He also has experience in Karate, Kung Fu, Kick Boxing and other teaching qualifications. Our other senior instructors are from 3rd DAN Black belt and have at least 16 years experience in TaeKwonDo. We also have 1st and 2nd DAN black belt instructors who assist in some classes.
We are one of the very few martial arts associations that accepts students from 4 years old.
Taekwondo is not only for children; there are separate classes for teens/adults and also family classes.
We teach:
Self defense,
Stranger Danger !
Sparring,
Ground work (Ju-Jitsu),
Escape drills (Hanmudo),
Traditional TaeKwonDo,
Falls/Sweeps,
Stretching & Exercise
and Anti-Bully techniques.
We do also offer 1-1 classes.
