A fun, friendly environment for children to learn self defense and confinence

My child has been attending for around 8 months and really enjoys the classes. She loves the sparring nights and the fitness sessions with the music is great to get the kids active.
I would recommend to everyone. Currently there are classes in Petersfield, Drayton & Cosham so there are plenty of classes to attend all year round.
