We are running classes 3 evenings a week Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday in different venues.
We invite students from 4.5 years old (4.5 to 10 years children's & 11+years seniors)
We run 3 classes each day 2 for children and 1 for adults.
Students have an opportunity to grade every six to eight weeks.
Our training program is a great way for children to burn energy and for adults to learn self defence and stay fit.
All our staff are fully qualified and CRB checked and first aid certified.
