We teach a practical based self protection system that has been developed over a 30 year martial arts career that has seen us teach civilian, Law Enforcement and Military personnel.
Our approach is one that focuses on strategies, mindset and skillset, and is designed to strengthen all areas of personal security, and is highly retainable under stressful conditions.

We are available for workshops and seminars at your dojo or school. All aspects of self protection and personal security are covered. The areas covered on or workshops are drills and protocols to increase situational awareness and Target Hardening, self defence and the law, simple but effective technique for handling a violent encounter. Security while driving, Weapon awareness, Multiple opponents and dealing with the aftermath.
All courses are for a maximum of 20 participants age 18 or above and have a complete lesson plan and learning outcomes. Our instructors are fully insured and are First Aid trainers.
