Tai Chi Chuan

I teach a Taijiquan class, as such our form supports our martial arts development. We test that development using pushing hands and the MMA rule set if the student feels ready. Our emphasis is on intelligent development of the body rather than purely traditional. Science and video evidence backs up what we use and why we train it.
