Words come up short when describing your first time here. You are welcomed like an old friend. Conor and Harry are fantastic instructors. There is a friendly and fun atmosphere but met with experienced tuition. I took part in the beginners intro and the course has provided me with a strong foundation to build from. It's a course everyone should take to boost not only your physical health but mental well being
