We provide classes in Kodokan Judo and Japanese Ju-Jitsu. We welcome all ages and abilities to our classes and cater for complete beginners to competition level players.
Our chief instructor Adam Plinston is a black belt in both Judo & Ju Jitsu. He has been training since 1980 and teaching for well over 20 years. Currently a 5th Dan, he is also a UKCC Level 2 qualified coach with the British Judo Association, is DBS checked and a qualified first-aider.

Classes run every Thursday throughout the year, including school holidays:
15:45 - 16:15 - Reception Year Judo
16:30 - 17: 30 - Under 8's Judo
17:45 - 19:00 - Over 8's Judo
19:15 - 20:30 - Adult Ju-Jitsu (15yr+)
Throughout the school holidays the club often holds Budo courses that gives an introduction to a wide variety of Japanese martial arts in a safe and fun environment.
We also hold lots of fun events and social actives for all members and their families such as Summer BBQ's and Christmas Parties.
