Temple Fsk it's a great place to learn self defence, I was lucky enough to get introduced to the sport after being attacked, it's re built my confidence . The instructor team are lovely and friendly and are happy to mould the lesson to what we want to learn if for example if I had any fears of how to deal with a attack they are happy to teach us techniques and are more then happy to do one to one training if your unsure on anything to make sure we get it right. I would highly recommend the club to anyone who wants to feel safer in everyday life and to get fit.

I had never done anything like this before but I was made to feel very welcome and they explained things in a way I could understand. They teach us many techniques and now I feel safer then I have ever been before. It has made me more confident in many ways. The classes are made to be informative and fun so everyone stays focus to the overall message.

My daughter, my wife and I all attend temple fsk. It is a great place to learn martial arts and self defence in a safe controlled area with qualified instructors who make learning easy by breaking down moves so everyone can understand, while still injecting fun elements into lessons. It is a great environment for both young and old improving fitness flexibility and concentration . ..the instructors are very understanding of students with special needs and also suits those that are visual learners. ..so whether you are 8 or 80 give it a try. ...you wont regret it.

My boys have both been to other clubs in the past and got bored within 6 months but have been at Temple FSK for nearly a year now. Classes are really varied and they play games with learning objectives, spar, learn break away techniques to deal with being grabbed etc. It has a great vibe and for a small club is well equipped. Great fun and good instruction.
