We teach traditional Japanese Wado Ryu Karate. Karate training is an excellent way to improve your fitness and co-ordination, gain self-confidence, improve concentration, and learn how to defend yourself, reduce stress and find peace and harmony in life.
Anyone is welcome to come and join in and your first session is free. Just wear loose sports clothing.
If you have trained before in any style then you are also very welcome to join us. At Tenbury Dojo we strive to uphold the central values of traditional karate-do; respect for others, development of self-discipline, emphasis on self-defence to capture the true spirit of Budo (the martial arts). We are a member of the British Institute of Karate Organisation (BIKO) so plenty of opportunity for advancement.
