A friendly club and a safe learning environment

Jiujitsu Japanese style rather than Brazilian, so you won't find a bunch of grizzly cage fighters spending hours grappling on the floor. The instructor is very experienced, patient and friendly. The students are a friendly bunch too and enjoy a beer after class. If you're new to martial arts, you won't feel intimidated, and you'll learn in a safe environment. You will also be encouraged to learn at your own pace rather than pushed through a grading syllabus at the earliest opportunity. If you're experienced, you'll enjoy the relaxed approach that goes with this style of Jiu jitsu, and you should have a lot of fun.
