This is a really friendly club which welcomes members of all ages, regardless of whether they are new to Karate or have studied it for some time.
The coaches really know their stuff and yet are able to coach across all levels and abilities so that everyone builds confidence in their abilities.
Karate is something you can try out regardless of your age, and is a great stress reliever if you have had a busy day at work, or need some time to switch off from day to day activities. From memory the first two lessons are free so you have plenty of time to decide and give it a go.
