Our family friendly martial arts club is run by me, Philip Weston-Riley 5th degree black belt.
Don't let the words 'martial arts' put you off. TAGB Tae Kwon Do is for anyone, we have no male bravado in our club; men, women and children train comfortably together. First two lessons are free so just come along to any session wearing loose clothing and see if you like it

There is no age limit for Tae Kwon Do - we have members from 5 to 55 years of age.
