Great instructors. Good environment. Knowledge base is second to none. Perfect for all levels and abilities. No ego friendly place to train.....
As one of only two women in the class I really enjoy my weekly sessions. Our instructor Mark is always at hand to help. The environment is friendly, welcoming and fun. I have only been attending class since early may and have achieved my white belt already and working towards my yellow. I really enjoy the classes and look forward to it every week. Mark is an excellent instructor who takes time out to look after everyone within the group.
