Treorchy Aiki Ryu
Treorchy Aiki Ryu has been established since 1989 and is a leading member of Shin-Gi-Tai Aikido Society.
It has a dedicated self contained Dojo used exclusively for the school. It's primary art is Aikido, although practice at Treorchy consists of the many older Jujutsu arts associated with aikido principles.
It's Dojo together with it's leading instructors are registered both with the Shin-GI-Tai Aikido Society and Dai Nippon Butoku Kai (DNBK) Kyoto Japan.
All instructors are qualified B.A.B. coaches.
It's Leading Instructor is Mike Williams Kyoshi Shihan who is an 8th Dan with Shin-Gi-Tai and 7th Dan with DNBK and has been practising since the early 1970's

Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are held throughout the week as follows:
Evening Classes:
Monday and Wednesday - juniors 5.00pm - 6.00pm
Seniors 6.00pm - 7.30pm
Tuesday and Thursday - Seniors 7.30pm - 9.15pm
Saturday - Juniors and Seniors 9.30am - 11.00am
Daytime Classes (Co-ordination, relaxation and meditation Ki classes)
Monday - 10.30am - 11.30am
Thursday - 11.00am - 12.30pm
Also additional classes can be provided during the day on request and female or male instructor can be arranged.
