Quality karate training to a high standard.
Fitness and coordination has improved immensely in both my children.
They are more confident and self assured. Are able to take criticism and improve.
Are more able to cope in exam situations. Have more respect for their peers.
Show more respect to Adults. Have a greater understanding of the importance
Of self defence since starting over a year ago. Would highly recommend.
