Real self defence, students only grade when ready, no frills, no fuss

I have tried various styles and find that the teachings of this school are best for me, there is no pressure i. e. constant need to grade, gradings are only taken when the student is ready and has reached the set standard, I have found that some students pick it up very quickly whilst others, like myself, take a little longer, but as I said there is absolutely no pressure, excellent !
