Over the past 4 years I've been to many different gyms, for different disciplines i.e. karate, semi contact, boxing, kickboxing. Nowhere comes close to this place. In my opinion it's the best gym in the country for kickboxing. Run by Neil Kelly and Sean Quinn, both know the sport inside out and manage to bring out the very best in everyone. Very friendly place too, mixed with men, women and children of all ages.

I`ve been in the USKa kickboxing for almost 2 years and it teaches you self defense .Also it keeps you very activ but at the same time you are entertained

My daughter and son both attend USKA regular and receive excellent instruction from Neil Kelly in all aspects of the sport. Both are always eager to train and enjoy the environment they train in.

My son has been training at USKA with Neil Kelly in his little ninja's group for a year now. It is fun filled sessions aimed at keeping young ones interested in the sport through fun and enjoyment. My son looks forward to each session and its a joy to see him happy and enjoying himself at the gym with the other little ninja's.

I joined the club nearly a year ago and it has been in the several years I have been kickboxing the best year ever.

Neil Kelly is an amazing coach as he can relate to everybodys needs& manages to bring out the best in everyone, he has helped me mentally and physically over the year making me realise why I love kickboxing so much. The uska family are so supportive & welcoming, there is such a live atmosphere with in the club& everyone is always on a high as we've all got the ''uska bug''. Uska is the place to be.

Thinking about it and I dont have a bad word to say either about the gym or the instructor. This guy (Mr Neil Kelly) is amazing. Very good instructor with patient towards beginners make them feels welcome and grows us from the start.

My kids have been training with neil Kelly for a year now and it is the best gym they have been at every one is friendly you feel welcome we are all like one big family Neil has so much passion a instructor he teaches disciplin respect strength and caurage It's the best gym in the midlands and the country and has the best instructor and fighters and I would not taken kids any where else

I have trained at other kickboxing gyms in the area and the noticeable difference with this gym is the passion the instructors have. Whether you are a novice or an expert, a new starter or a long time member, in every lesson you are instructed. You learn something in every class you attend. Neil Kelly teaches not only how to fight in technique but the science behind it, not just the how's but the why's, so you become not just a strong and fast fighter but a clever fighter. Shaun has so much experience and knowledge to share with his students combined with his passion you are guaranteed a workout that will stretch and interest you no matter what your abilities. And both instructors put their students first, taking time to develop them, working to individuals strengths and overcoming their weaknesses. This is a gym that has something for everyone. Technical classes, fitness classes, fighters classes, children's classes. The students are very friendly, the atmosphere is buzzing and there is plenty of equipment available. There really is no better gym to be in.

Two very good coaches which a wide horizon of knowledge on kickboxing. I always learn something new everyday I go there. Plus, really good facilities. Everyone that goes there is kind and there is a good community. Wouldn't even consider going to a different club.

Been to many kickboxing clubs over the years and none come close to the standards and expertise from the club & instructor Neil Kelly, unlike so many kickboxing clubs that are now up and coming with no real kickboxing background.
