I started training with USD in March 2016.
Already I’ve picked up a lot and as a result, my awareness has improved loads.
When people ask me what I’m learning I say it’s like no-frills Mixed Martial Arts (direct, straight to the point) Although Neil does also show a passive option.
Because I was so impressed I got my 11-year-old son involved who loves it and is coming on really well.
Neil teaches very well and includes the respect needed for one and another. By the same token, it’s always fun and never boring. I Certainly would recommend USD.
