Tang Soo Do offers so much more than just punching and kicking. Physically demanding and Mentally taxing happens each time you train. I have not only learnt something new and an ability to defend myself, but I also have learnt a lot about myself.
The Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly and make every session count, as well as promoting a family friendly atmosphere. Hence why Tang Soo Do students feel that they are in a new Family.
Highly recommended.
