The BJJ classes run by BJJ and Judo black belt Vic Scott are very good. Well taught and there is always lots of sparring to finish with.
My step son attended his first session last night after expressing an interest. The welcome he received was a pleasure to see. He was offered to join in the session and whilst he learned some ground work and made friends, I was given all of the advice and info needed to continue.
Both of us are looking forward to returning next week to a real grass roots dojo run by very experienced coaches.
