Great bunch of guys to train with, pushed hard but still enjoyable.
Really useful self-defence that can be used by anyone regardless of age or gender.
Great for self confidence and really good instructors to help you get where you need to be.

My kids have trained here for years, so have my friends who are hooked and I've been a regular for some time now. Lots I could say about this amazing club but it's best you see for yourself and just come on down.

Have been at the club from a white belt to a now assistant instructor so have seen it from both ends of the spectrum. It's a welcoming club with friendly people and everyone is pushed to challenge themselves.
We do not believe in comparisons and ego's and each person is taught to be the best that they can be. Great for fitness, stress and self-defence, this club has a long history of producing genuine quality over mass produced black belts that do not cut it.
Master Bryan's attention to detail will teach focus, discipline and to always strive for perfection. Feel free to come and watch or participate as first two lessons are free. Nothing to lose and everything to gain!
Hope to see you all soon.

My dad trained with Master Bryan 20 years ago and despite moving countries and homes numerous times, when we came back it was his club he took us to. Super instructor, amazing skills but extremely humble.
Excellent attention to detail, friendly club with no ego's and high quality training from a genuine 7th Dan Master under Grandmaster R.Choy.
First 2 lessons are free as well so what have you got to lose?
I've been sending my kids here for years and there is no place else I'd rather send them. They've been pushed but encouraged and taught self-belief. I've seen my kids go from timid and soft to being able to interact with others socially with more confidence and carry themselves upright.
It's great to see and shows exactly what martial arts is beyond simply 'fighting' - the right instructor can change peoples lives.
