True to Aikido's roots, but with plenty of knowledge from real world application due to many instructor's and Sensei having had to put into practice the techniques taught through careers in security, personal protection, law enforcement and corrections.
Friendly local club with a relaxed environment that keeps the traditions of the art alive.
