We teach ITF style Taekwondo and our school has a mixture of students both young and old and from white belt to 2nd Dan black belt.
The school is run by Mr Alex Richards - a 4th Degree black belt who has been teaching martial arts since 1991. Our instructors are CRB checked and trained in both first aid and child protection.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at West Wales Taekwondo:
Tuesdays at St.Clears leisure centre - 7.30 pm
Thursdays at Bancyfelin hall - 7 pm
All classes are mixed - adults and children train at the same time.
Ages from 4 upwards are welcome!
