Went to a class and loved it. Instructors are friendly, helpful and very professional. The students train really hard and stop to have a chat after class too. Only complaint is they only have one class a week in Bathgate but at least I can go to their Livingston club the other night and they dont even charge extrra for it
Loved training here the instructors were great fun and want us to do well. I was really young and didnt really get it. Might go back one day as I heard its better now
