The toughest thing about starting something new, is walking through the door into the club on the first day. But take the step. As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by club members and instructors who will put you at ease straight away.
It's for all ages, I started at the club when I was nearly 41 years old and I am now a 2nd Degree Black Belt and an Assistant Instructor at this club.
It's very reasonably priced when you compare it to other martial arts and the TAGB (Taekwondo Association of Great Britain) is a huge organisation with hundreds of clubs throughout the UK. So even if you move out of the area, there will be a TAGB club near you, so you can continue your training wherever you go.
