Really enjoyable classes, mixture of fitness, stretching, applications and patterns work. Very good, experienced teacher. I felt welcome from the start. My fitness improved really quickly and I already feel more confident.
I only recently joined and have felt very welcome. The lessons include fitness and stretching and are always good fun. The teaching is of top standard and the instructor is very knowledgeable about martial arts and fitness in general.
