Hello from White Oak Aikido Whitton near Knighton Powys. We welcome beginners and we offer a free taster class, so you can see if you like Aikido and how we teach. You're also welcome to come along and watch the classes. Our highly experienced instructor group comprises Simon, a sixth dan who has been training since 1980 and Trish, a fourth dan who has been training since 1993.
We teach a traditional style of the martial art of Aikido, focused on developing the body to maximise its efficiency, using throwing and immobilising techniques, Aikido weapons work and individual exercises.
