Our main martial arts style is Kuk Sool Won, we are an officially accredited school of the World Kuk Sool Association and attend several national and international tournaments every year. the style itself is a complete martial arts system containing aspects of all of the traditional fighting arts including joint locks, weapons training, kicking & striking, ground fighting, acrobatics and so much more.
