Wilford Karate School at the Emmanuel School, West Bridgford, Nottingham.
We teach traditional Shotokan Karate to people from 7 years through to adults. Our club is part of a world wide federation and offers the unique opportunity to train under Master Asano Hanshi, 9th Dan.
Our experienced and highly enthusiastic instructors will help you achieve new goals and get the most benefits from your Karate training. Our dojo is a positive, friendly environment open to everyone from beginners to Black belts

Programs & Class Schedule
Monday 19:00 - 20:00 (Beginners & Graded)
Tuesday 19:30 - 20:30 (Advanced - mainly Brown and Black Belts with Asano Hanshi)
Thursday 19:30 - 20:30 (Beginners & Graded)
We take children from 7 years of age
As a welcome into our club we offer two FREE Introductory classes so you can get a feel for what we are all about. After the two introductory classes we will sit down and speak with you, and then if you want your son to continue training then we shall go through enrollment so that you are registered as a club member. There is an initial enrolment fee which is £50.00 - this will include a Karate Gi and Belt, affiliation into the SKIF federation so that you are eligible to grade with us, your licence and insurance
