Reviews of Wing Chun Kung Fu Leamington Spa

I'm only about two months into starting Wing Chun with WCI Leamington, but I'm doing my first grading tomorrow. The quality of instruction is excellent, and I feel like I'm learning a lot without being overburdened.

Sifu is a skilled teacher, and takes a keen interest in developing his students through the grades.

Other students have been welcoming and happy to share their knowledge, and the teaching is very hands-on and practical.

Wing Chun feels like a very 'real' martial art, and does improve real-life confidence and ability.

I fully recommend this school.

Wing Chun International HQ in Leamington Spa is a great school, currently undergoing a refurbishment to get in more equipment for supplimental training, but having plenty of space to practice and train normally.

The school is fairly informal and while acknowledging the traditional way of teaching it does focus much more on the practical use and application of Wing Chun in order to teach its students how to be efficient in defending themselves, using the theories behind the art to teach how and why shapes and techniques work to give a complete understanding of what a student is doing, rather than just teaching a technique for a specific situtation like some other schools/arts do.
