Wing Chun Self Defence

Wing Chun Street Defence is pleased to be opening a new Saturday morning Kung Fu class at Over Norton Village Hall from 09:30-10:30.

The classes will cover stretching, forms, theory and practical self defence using this direct and skillful martial art. Both women and men over the age of 18 are welcome to join us and the first lesson is free.

The school is run by Barry Holland who initially trained for 8 years in Shotokan Karate before transitioning to Wing Chun in 2010. The chief instructor is Sifu Nikolaos Gourgounidis.

This is a great way to learn a new skill that will improve your situational awareness, dexterity, flexibility, speed and confidence.
